NALOXONE The medication Naloxone has been proven to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and save lives. It is legal to carry and administer in the state of Hawai‘i. Naloxone can be provided by HHHRC staff to any individual upon request. Our naloxone program is free, confidential, and available to Hawai’i residents.
