Metropolitan Family Health Network became Hudson Countys newest Federally Qualified Health Center in Fall of 2006, thanks to the assistance of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services. At that time there were two sites the headquarters clinic at 935 Garfield Avenue in Jersey City, NJ and the clinic at 5300 Bergenline Avenue in West New York, NJ.
