About

Coleman Health Services (CHS) was founded in 1978 as the Kevin Coleman Center in honor of a compassionate man from the Portage County community, Father Kevin Coleman. Father Coleman was well-educated in the field of mental health and counseling. He was a great mentor and was excellent at handling crises.

Anyone in Ohio can obtain free naloxone and overdose response education through Project DAWN locations. Please contact a Project DAWN program in your county to obtain a naloxone (Narcan) kit and training on how to use it. In addition to the locations listed below, most Project DAWN programs also schedule naloxone training events at different locations in the community.
