Corazon Harm Reduction Outreach & Drop-In: Hours of Operation: Monday Friday 9:00am 3:00pm (Mobile Street Outreach Daily AM) The Harm Reduction Center & Outreach is an effort to aid clients that are suffering from drug addiction and other forms of chemical dependencies. The program has built a team of 8 peer support and recovery specialists. As Certified Peer Recovery Coaches, they take pride in their ability to assist those in need by providing guidance into the many pathways of recovery available today. The program will be completely free of charge and is participant-centered that fits the needs of those we serve through needle exchange, harm reduction education, medical care, HIV/HepC testing, case management and recovery coaching.
